Stand up Paddling – Beginner Lesson

SUP Lessons – Saturday mornings at 8:30 am.

 Lessons are 2 to 3 hours long and include ground school, Stand Up Paddleboard, SUP paddle, PFD (Personal Flotation Device), and flora and fauna identification.

All SUP instructors with FLOC are paddlers who possess a tremendous amount of experience in whitewater, ocean and freshwater environments.

Each lesson or return session helps fund our Wicked Fun Paddle Days where we offer FREE Kids Paddling Programs, creates scholarships for youth heading to our summer camp, and helps fund paddling opportunities for groups like Boys and Girl Club and Youth Guideance!

*All lessons must be booked 24 hours in advance

Lessons: $75 per person for up to 3hour lesson no more than 6 students per instructor

 $35 per adult for any 2 hour paddle after initial lesson

$15 per youth for 2 hour paddle after initial lesson Book as a Group and SAVE: 6-10 people – $45 per adult/$20 youth
